Doctrine Action Officer

As a Doctrine Analyst, you’ll bring your Joint and Service Doctrine expertise to work on projects for USCYBERCOM. You’ll monitor and review draft doctrine, whitepapers, and other appropriate or applicable sources, and analyze and make recommendations to ensure correctness and consistency. You will be the subject matter expert on cyberspace doctrine and help formulate new doctrine. You will review external and internal documents to ensure correct usage of doctrine terminology. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes as part of joint missions. You’ll guide the work we do for USCYBERCOM and the solutions we deliver for strategic planning.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Policy Analyst
- Experience in Joint or Service Doctrine formulation
- Experience creating and reviewing documents such as doctrine documents and whitepapers
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts through written and verbal communication forms
- Ability to digest doctrinal documents and review them with exceptional attention to detail
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in a Joint or Combatant Command staff
- Experience with cyberspace policy or strategy
- Experience with Joint Doctrine formulation
- JPME Level 1 Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
