Global Corporate and Investment Banking Technology COO Organization is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic team focused on delivering the highest quality and standard, working closely with other Technology groups, the business, and Operations. This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for multiple deliverables which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Establish internal governance and oversight functions across GCIBT COO organization. specifically for Single Process Inventory (SPI) requirements
- Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal
- Lead and coordinate on several cross-technology management, risk and governance deliverables for front office and operations governance routines
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in process design and/or solutioning in Global Technology processes
- Ability to work across multiple and diverse organizational groups to achieve results
- Strong ability to influence partner groups for implementation of strategic solutions
- Strong presence and leadership skills and ability to communicate at an executive level
- Extensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving
- Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business and risk questions
- High aptitude for self-motivation and self-determined project work
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Business Controls, Risk Management, Risk and Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Engagement
- Prior experience with Global Technology tools and teams, specifically RISE, AppHQ, PTO process
