Metric have initiated a search for a CTO to lead technology development and strategy for a battery manufacturing start-up. This organization have received substantial financial backing, with billions being committed to their venture.
Ideal Candidate:
- PhD - Chemistry, Materials, etc
- Evidence of Excellence in VP+ roles
- Battery cell SME - LFP/LMFP
- Has led technical and strategic R&D topics with demonstrated expertise
As CTO, you will:
- Knowledge transfer of battery technology
- Design and Lead R&D battery technology roadmaps
- Manage and scale a leading team of experts, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally, internally and externally, you will work with suppliers, investors, customers and partners to add context to complex topics
- Bring market-leading products to market
