Cyber Focused PAI Intelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analyst, you will use your intelligence research, collection, and analysis experience and your attention to detail to provide a critical DoD client with actionable intelligence and context needed to support national level mission-sets. If you have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and cyber and signals experience we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.
Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and fuse information across all intelligence disciplines to provide the customer top-tier intelligence support. You’ll validate information and develop OSINT and cyber tradecraft as you build assessments to support special operations warfighters in their mission execution.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in the cyber field, including developing collection plans and risk assessments
Experience with PAI analytic principals
Experience with all source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analytical tools and databases
Experience with conducting intelligence research in support of cyber operations and internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engine and database resources, and internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, data exploitation, and commercial- and industry-based databases
Experience with red teaming or blue teaming
Experience with advanced search techniques, information databases, and data visualization and providing direct analytical support to operations
Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytical techniques, including trend pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis, and network or social network analysis
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with conducting cyber network analysis
3+ years of experience with proving analytical support to one or more SOF units or commands
1+ years of experience with forward deployed locations supporting SOF
Experience with advanced search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and scripting and automation
Knowledge of network analysis tools, including Analyst Notebook and Palantir and intel-related databases, including RMT, TAC, NCTC, Online, TIDE, and DX SIGINT Database, GAP Analytics, and FADE and MIST
Knowledge of signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Data Analytics preferred; Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Data Analytics a plus
Security + Certification
Attended and completed the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC)
Completion of OS301 Basic Open-Source Intelligence Course, OS302 Intermediate OSINT Tools and Tradecraft Course, and OS303 Advanced OSINT Tradecraft Course
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
