RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply practical skills, experience, and training in designing, configuring, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and patching data center hardware and software.
- Manage and maintain systems including but not limited to Nutanix Hypervisor, VMware, Windows servers, Linux Red Hat, Ansible, Satellite, Veritas NetBackup, Microsoft System Center (SCCM), BeyondTrust, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and ScienceLogic.
- Perform key support functions for Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, ensuring compliance with established Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
- Support FISMA audits by implementing and maintaining high security and compliance standards across the data center environment.
- Oversee the configuration and administration of virtualization platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Utilize tools like SCCM for efficient system management and deployment, including patch management and software distribution.
- Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for enhanced security and configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ITIL best practices in incident response, change management, and configuration management.
- Conduct regular system performance assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience:
- Ten (10) relevant experience
- Certifications:
- MCA Microsoft Azure Administrator within 6 months of onboarding
- At least one of the following prior to onboarding:
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Education:
- Associate degree in a relevant field preferred
- Clearance:
- Must possess a Secret Clearance

WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $110,000 - $128,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
