Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
This role will fulfill End of Life (EOL) Coordinator role within the Bank’s End of Life (EOL) policy and will be accountable for Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT) adherence to those policy requirements.
The EOL Coordinator will manage activities in 4 major categories:
- Planning: Drive collection of remediation plans over 24-month product support end horizon. Assess plans to ensure risk prioritization and that timelines are reasonable. Facilitate Technology Executive, CIO and 2nd Line review and approval of plans. Ensure funding estimates and requests are included with planning activities. Manage funding forecasts for future years and GL allocations.
- Execution and Reporting: Drive CIO remediation activities, own content, and creation of regular reporting materials at CIO and Tech Exec levels. Present at appropriate SLT forums to insure awareness. Track program funding spend vs. forecast.
- Risk: Assess and communication execution risk including any dependencies or watch items to CIO SLT and CTI EOL Program. Adhere to Date Modification and other processes and assist with audit, compliance, or regulatory responses.
- Governance and Oversight: Communicate governance and policy requirements to CIO group on a regular basis to ensure awareness and highlight changes. Drive metric performance and provide root cause and G2G plans for any breaches.
In support of above categories, drive creation, implementation and documentation of procedures that ensure policy adherence across the organization and create necessary artifacts.
Manage relationship with CTI Delivery Leads for capacity, planning and cost estimation as well as project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate all levels of the organization to influence behavior and culture as it applies to EOL remediation.
- 5+ years knowledge of budget and financial management process and tools (PMMT, TPAS, PPRT)
- Ability to set direction and guide assigned resources supporting EOL Program.
- 5+ years experience in, Project and Program Management experience for budgets over $10MM.
- 5+ years experience in JIRA setup and reporting.
- Executive presence: frequent interaction with SLT to communicate program status and to secure approvals as needed.
- Knowledge of information security controls, infrastructure, risks and remediation.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC.
- Excellent MS-Office skills (including PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data). For Excel, must be proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas and chart creation.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Skilled in handling multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work within a team but also can work for extended period in standalone roles to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze details and shape results into conclusions and recommendations for management.
