Job Description:
Key individual contributor to Quality Assurance (QA) project teams within T&O and/or lines of business. Works with project teams to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed and/or design and execute test plans and procedures for acceptance testing of new or modified applications and/or systems in an environment of diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware technology and tools, etc. May provide guidance in the creation of standard test environments, tests plans, and test scripts. May prepares and conduct acceptance testing of new or modified applications and systems. Analyzes, designs, documents new or modified QA procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications and information systems. May modify automated testing systems and tools for procedural or standard changes. Provides training and guidance to less experience QA analysts. Provide resolution to an assortment of problems complex in scope, related to Quality Assurance projects. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Line of Business Job Description:
The AML Platform Management team is seeking a seasoned testing individual to performs Testing function to support the ongoing management and technical enhancements made to the AWARE workflow tool in support of the E2E Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements for the entire GBAM business for all sub lines and jurisdictions. Daily responsibilities of the role include managing end to end UAT process, execution of test scripts, identifying and documenting defects and providing daily updates to test leads and managers as needed. This role works closely with Risk, Compliance, and SMEs to manage and execute test functions.
PVT team tests the functionality and usability of new or existing software before it goes live to ensure it is bug-free. They work closely with developers, providing them feedback on what needs improvement to produce top-quality programs that meet stakeholder's expectations. Team also performs validation testing occurs at the end of a specific change delivery with the primary intent is to ensure the final product matches the stakeholder requirements.
Required Skills:
- 5 or more years of Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- 5 or more years of Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Experience in Agile/SDLC methodology and Waterfall Methodology.
- Ability to support tight timelines around release and end of iteration requirements.
- A passion for the delivery of high-quality solutions which address real business needs.
- Experience in understanding Horizon Jira testing modules and standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, escalate issues as needed.
- Ability to work cooperatively with various levels of associates (i.e.: operations, technology, peers, management, etc.) and embrace change with a positive approach.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple job-related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure SLA, and strict deadlines are met.
- Ability to support teammates as needed when workloads must be balanced.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience with Pega Client Lifecycle Management and/or other AML KYC systems involving client onboarding/ KYC refresh processes.
- GB & GM Line of Business knowledge a plus.
- Proficient in handling end-to-end planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of Operational Risk and Client Money Protection.
