About Your Future Job
In this role, you will report directly to the Team Lead PMO Officers and support Project Managers on allocated projects. You will serve as the primary interface for deliveries and oversee data integrity in our
Oracle system regarding contractual deliverables. Your contributions will help ensure alignment between customer expectations and contractual obligations, from the moment that the contract is entered through to delivery and invoicing.
The work is dynamic, demanding adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a big-picture view, as one decision can impact multiple departments. You must be comfortable asking questions, addressing challenges, and setting clear expectations. The role combines both administrative and proactive,
coordinating responsibilities.
The main tasks are
- Enter contract-related project orders, sales orders, repairs, returns and quotations, ensuring orders are processed smoothly from start to finish.
- Coordinate with different departments (such as planning and logistics), ensuring timely fulfillment, and addressing any order-related issues or discrepancies.
- Enter, monitor and report on contractual agreements, such as lists of deliverable items (LODIs)and cash milestones.
- Coordinate the timely shipment of deliverables, including necessary documents and compliance with export/security classifications.
- Perform contract management tasks for smaller projects.
Why you'd be a good match
- A Bachelor’s degree in commercial, legal, logistics, or business fields or equivalent work experience is preferred;
- Experienced in project/order management;
- APICS CPIM certification is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills;
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in high-pressure situations;
- Ability to establish connections and maintain an overview within the organization;
- A team player with a service-oriented attitude and effective communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is preferred;
