Right now they are seeking a skilled OT Vulnerability Researcher/OT Penetration Tester to join the cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities within OT environments, with hands-on experience in incident response and network security. Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and experience in penetration testing for clients are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on OT systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security measures that protect critical infrastructure.
- Lead incident response efforts, analyzing and mitigating security breaches in OT environments.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities specific to OT systems and recommend proactive measures.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including assessment reports and remediation plans.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on OT security best practices.
.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT vulnerability research and penetration testing.
- Strong networking background with experience in industrial control systems.
- Proven experience with security tools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, Unicorn, and Frida.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to OT security.
- Experience in incident response within OT environments.
- Certifications such as GPEN, GCIH, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Experience with Dragos, Nozomi, Fortinet, or Claroty is a plus.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or oil & gas sectors is preferred.
