Position: IT System Administrator
Location: On Site Plantation, FL
Pay: $24-$30 Hourly Based On Experience

Must-Haves:
- 2-5+ years of IT Support experience
- Strong work ethic & reliability
- Experience within IT, Systems Support, and Troubleshooting Devices
- Knowledge of Ticket Management systems (ie: ServiceNow, Active Directory, etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience for logging/manipulating data
Plusses:
- Experience with MDM Tools (ie: SOTI / MobiControl / AirWatch)
- Experience working with scanners (ie: Zebra scanners)
- Experience with either Mobile iOS or Android devices is (mobile or tablet)
- Any programming experience (classes, certifications, etc.)
- Knowledge of XML, VB/PowerShell scripting and C
- Knowledge of Linux, Android OS, Windows, and Remote Desktop
Day to Day:
This IT Support Technician will be working on a Scanner Refresh Project for the company. The company has 7,000+ scanners that they are deploying. They will be helping with staging the new devices, deployment of new applications to the Zebra scanners, and remotely testing the new scanners throughout all of the US locations Helping with the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of IT Devices (with special focus on hardware, software, device applications which support business functions), ensuring that deployment goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements. Manages deployment of applications/software, testing/repair support.
