Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Hybrid (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote)
Compensation: $265,000 - $285,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Equity

Our client, a private equity-backed portfolio company, is seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization’s technology vision and strategy. This role is critical in driving digital transformation, scaling technology infrastructure, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to support growth and competitive advantage.
Position Overview:
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technology functions within the organization, including the development, implementation, and management of technology initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role demands a visionary leader with experience in private equity-backed environments, the ability to scale technology operations, and a track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and market demands.
- Digital Transformation: Drive innovation by leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development and launch of new technology products and services that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure the company’s technology systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- Private Equity Collaboration: Partner with private equity stakeholders to provide updates on technology initiatives, investments, and ROI.
- Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies to recommend and implement solutions that provide a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior technology executive role in private equity-backed or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and scaling technology operations to support business growth.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing technology teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting and managing technology investments, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
