Job Summary
GET Information Technology Administrators provide IT support to local users, as well as remote users working in different states. They perform software installations, assistance with remote connectivity, and maintain company asset inventory. They will also manage and maintain our Office 365/Azure platforms for our corporate environment, as well as our development environments.
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This is a requirement for this position.
All offers of employment are contingent upon one’s eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance sponsored by GETNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new workstations and mobile devices for users.
- Respond in a timely manner to all support requests. Documenting each support request.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory of computers and mobile devices.
- Assist office and remote users with printing, software installations, and application support.
- Install and/or manage Microsoft Windows servers on-premises and in Azure.
- Manage Active Directory replication in a hybrid Azure environment.
- Manage Users and Groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Manage on-premises networking switch port VLANs.
- Manage Teams Phones and assignments.
- Create Office 365/Azure tenants for new development platforms.
- Manage Office 365/Azure subscriptions and resources as needed for development team.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Manages Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and product maintenance for assigned systems
- Risk Assessment: Conduct assessments of controls to ensure proper implementation and effectiveness. Must have a strong working knowledge of the RMF process.
- Document Management: Provide requested documents to auditors, ensuring accuracy and sensitivity labeling.
- Access Controls Oversight: Manage access controls, ensuring proper implementation and management.
- Audit Log Review: Regularly review audit logs to identify security incidents or anomalies.
- Vulnerability Management: Evaluate new vulnerabilities and coordinate corrective actions.
- CMMC/CUI Support – Help with procedures, evidence, and testing compliance for the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Other assignments as requested by Management
Job Requirements(minimum)
- Availability to work in the office at least 3 days per week or as needed
- U.S. citizenship required
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of State Security Clearance prior to starting work
Academic Qualifications
- Minimum 5-year experience in IT technical support role
- Must have a familiarity with Office 365/Azure tenants and subscriptions
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Servers and Active Directory
- Must have good troubleshooting skills
- Capable of working without direct supervision
- Excellent communications skills
