Engagement Description:
The mid-level Windows engineer is responsible for implementation and support of client's environment.
·Actively participate in day to day support for client environment(s)
·Act as a support process leader for the team
·Follow and promote the use of client's global process standards
·Participate in cross functional teams to foster collaboration within, and outside of, global operations
·Drive documentation lifecycle for client and technology-specific areas

Install, configure, document, troubleshoot and tune the following technologies:
·Microsoft Server Technologies
·IIS - to host client .NET web sites / applications
·Microsoft Active Directory
·Microsoft SharePoint
·Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
·Microsoft Clustering
·VMware - VSphere & VCenter
·Cisco UCS
•Understanding of Microsoft networking and the ability to analyze packet captures in a multi-tier environment
•Basic understanding of the process required to capture a memory dump and analyze the results
•Execute and diagnose basic diagnostic reports for Microsoft Active Directory
•Understand monitoring methodologies and periodic maintenance tasks associated with the HP hardware platforms
•Experience with Windows scripting technologies with a focus on automation using PowerShell and VBScript tools
Specific Skills: Top 3 required skills
Windows scripting technologies ITSM tools such as Sysaid, ServiceNow, RemedyMonitoring tools such as CA Nimsoft, Solarwinds, PRTG
Specific Degree/Certifications or industry specific experience requirements:
•Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience or 3+ years of IT Experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field
•Minimum of 3+ years of Engineering level experience
•Technical certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CCNA are a plus
Client Technical Environment
•Experience with ITSM tools such as Sysaid, ServiceNow, Remedy
•Experience with Monitoring tools such as CA Nimsoft, Solarwinds, PRTG
•Experienced in current version of ITIL methodology
•Basic understanding of network shaping technologies (i.e. load balancers, firewalls, etc.)
•Understanding of DNS concepts and the ability to administer DNS
•Experience with 3rd party SSL providers, SSL / Certificate Management
