JOB TITLE: System Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

REPORTS TO: Infrastructure Coordinator

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system performance, availability, and security, as well as providing first-level support for end-users. You will work closely with other IT staff to research, implement, and support innovative IT solutions that improve business operations and efficiency.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

First level of support for end users.
Deploy/Upgrade windows workstations.
Setting up new users and managing permissions.
Documentation of current and new solutions and projects.
Support ManageEngine tools (Desktop Central, Asset Manager, Opmanager, etc.)
Manage Microsoft Licensing for M365

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General IT System Management On-premises and in Cloud systems.
Implement and support new IT solutions.
Configuration and support of LAN/WAN network (Cisco Based)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) in Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Core Competencies:

2 – 4 Years of experience in Microsoft environment.
Microsoft 365
Exchange Online
Windows Operating systems
Active Directory
1 – 3 Years of Network Management (Switches, Firewalls, Wi-fi, Routers, VPN)
1 – 2 Years of experience in Linux environments.

Bonus:

Experience with Odoo ERP
Experience with Manage Engine Products (Desktop Central, Asset Explorer, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

Strong self-learning and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and written.
Great project documentation skills.
Learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Salary Description

$70,000 - $75,000 annually
