Veneer Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Senior Network Administrator to join our team!
As a Senior Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work directly with our IT team to support and enhance our network systems, including SQL databases, Active Directory, Ubiquiti Unifi devices, and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

Key Responsibilities include the following:
• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Administer and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage and support Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
• Configure and maintain Ubiquiti Unifi devices, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, including troubleshooting and system updates.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement network policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Address users in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions, including hardware and software upgrades, and ensuring
compatibility with existing systems.
• Document and maintain IT systems and procedures, including policies, procedures, and standards for the use of technology
within an organization.
Required Education/Experience includes:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti Unifi devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
