An IT Solutions Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level 3 Project Engineer to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities include:
Team Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting lower-level engineers navigate support related issues and act as a supervisor/lead over their team to ensure the best service delivery for customers.
Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your IT/MSP background to provide expertise and guidance to junior technicians.
Demonstrate proficiency in server administration, including DNS management, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of clients server infrastructure.
Log in to firewalls, switches, and other network devices to perform necessary configuration and troubleshooting tasks.

Ability to prioritize and handle critical client technical matters with a sense of urgency.
Excellent troubleshooting instincts and the ability to identify and resolve network and server issues.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an IT Technician, preferably in an MSP environment.
Solid background in dealing with escalated technical requests and providing Level 2 support.
Strong familiarity with server administration, including DNS management.
Proven experience with Intune and Azure, demonstrating expertise in managing cloud-based solutions.
