Skills and Abilities:
- Cisco LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies.
- Terminating various types of copper/fiber optic connectors.
- Cable management in racks and termination trays.
- Supporting and troubleshooting common office hardware and software.
- Microsoft Active Directory and Windows print servers
- Microsoft 365 applications
- VMware products including ESXi, vCenter, and Horizon.
- Network Access Control Systems such as Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
- Cisco DNAC leveraging SDA.
- Access Points and Wireless LAN Controllers

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an IT or related position.
Education: Associate degree in computer science, networking administration, information technology, or a similar field is preferred. Well-rounded practical experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
