Role - Sharepoint Engineer with Active Secret Clearance
Description:
Candidates must be skilled in SharePoint 2013 & Dynamics CRM 2015/2019 installation-configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and performance optimization. Additionally, the candidate must support Tier-3 support and related system administration activities. The candidate will work independently with customers and other members of the team to support mission-critical collaborative applications built on SharePoint 2013 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2019, and related products and technologies. Responsibilities includes the following:
o Ensure system availability and performance of SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2019 development, test, pre-production and production environments
o Incident and problem tickets management for SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2019 environments. Ensure incidents and problems from all users are resolved quickly, completely and to the satisfaction of the customer
o Manage backups for SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2019 environments
o Maintain platform infrastructure in accordance with Microsoft recommended best practices
o Adhere to established infrastructure standards, policies, best practices and procedures related to the support and operations of our SharePoint and Dynamics CRM environment
o Assist with windows and network administration activities as necessary
o Provide expertise in moving infrastructure from on premises to the cloud environment
Required Skills:
US Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance
Security+ or equivalent certification to allow DoD Level II access
Five or more years of experience as SharePoint administrator with experience installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining complex farms
Good understanding of Windows Server OS, SQL Server, Active Directory and Firewalls
Office365 / SharePoint online / OneDrive for Business
IIS, dot NET, network load balancing and supporting web technologies
Ability to plan and execute SharePoint and CRM upgrades including content migration
Ability to plan and execute sys-admin related projects, such as patching, upgrades, backup and recovery
Experience supporting end users and development teams, including troubleshooting and rectifying production issues, supporting deployment processes, and monitoring server performance
Understanding of the SharePoint Framework and Full Trust development models
Configuration management support experience including promotion of binaries from development environment to test environment to staging environment and production
Good communication skills and ability to write detailed documentation
Desirable Skills:
SharePoint content migration experience
Experience supporting services including Active Directory, DNS, GPO’s, PKI, SCOM, etc.
Experience using AvePoint Docave backup and RBS solutions
Experience writing PowerShell scripts to automate various administration and deployment tasks
PowerShell scripting skills to automate build, configuration and monitoring of the SharePoint ecosystem
