Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
When you’ll work…
We are currently hiringan experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our team predominantly working 1st shift hours, however, projects may require evening and weekend work to minimize business disruption.
What you’ll do…
- Maintain a robust, modern IT infrastructure to ensure 24/7 production capability with a hybrid office workforce utilizing primarily Microsoft products, with an emphasis on Microsoft 365.
- Design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot all network infrastructure components such as LANs, WANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi networks, servers, routers/firewalls, switches, and battery backups.
- Lead administration of Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS (internal and external), Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune setup and configuration.
- Administrate backup environment, including off-site retention and disaster recovery capabilities using Azure. Document disaster recovery procedures to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Operate lifts and other equipment as necessary for infrastructure tasks.

- Work in various environments, including cold and warm climates, depending on job site or data center conditions.

- Leveraging technical proficiency from client endpoints, to wired, wireless, or VPN-based network connectivity, to on-premises or Azure server infrastructure.
- Utilizing knowledge from your 5+ years of experience as a network/server administrator or engineer.
- Demonstrating a focus on security and systems uptime across all work is critical to our operations.
- Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies as well as staying informed of new and emerging threats to evaluate potential impact to business operations and develop remediation steps if .
