Job Description:
System Administration and Configuration of Korber (formerly Werum) PAS-X 3.1.8 or later, IT activities, and work closely with MES development, Shop floor operations & Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
·Configuration, maintenance, and monitoring PAS-X Application and Application servers.
·Troubleshooting and solving the L2 Integration issues SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales Printer, and LIMS.
·Provide day-to-day support for the sites PAS X manufacturing execution system as subject matter expert.
·Perform L3 bug fixes with advanced troubleshooting skills.
·Create ticket dashboards, analysis of tickets to improve the SLA and MTTR metrics, Lead Improvements based on the metrics.
·Address Auditors if required for PAS X application related queries, comments, questions, and changes.
·Liaise with different teams Vendor Services\: Windows, DB Linux, and Citrix.
·Propose and create automation tools as preventive and auto fix actions.
·Implement the complex changes in Application Update and insert SQL queries in DB
Required experience:
·5+ years of hands-on Administration experience with PAS-X 3.1.8 or later
·Ability to configure full applications, including interfaces with SAP and automation systems
·Ability to perform periodic maintenance of PAS-X infrastructure
·Ability to troubleshoot and support PAS-X Users (back and front end)
·Knowledge of PAS-X Back End servers infrastructure (Windows servers, Linux, JBOSS, Citrix, BPS, WXI)
·Knowledge of PAS-X Front End configuration/administration experience (Users, profiles, scales, printers, master data admin.)
·Basic Networking & infrastructure knowledge (TCP/IP, NAS, Drive mapping, firewalls and Vlan)

·Oracle Data Base (SQL programing language)
