Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform & manage projects for servers, networks, cloud infrastructure & more
- Engage with client as the “voice of the customer"
- Design, install, troubleshoot, & maintain on-site and cloud infrastructure, network, server equipment, & other hardware & software
- Communicate with clients to resolve problems, design infrastructure, assist with growth planning, and provide best practice analysis
- Ensure client ITSecurity management with security team
- Work with Customer Success Team to assist with formulating growth plans & recommend best practices for clients
- Communicate with vendors & 3rd parties for clients
- Perform and oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades
- Train clients to use hardware, software and other systems
- Configure, maintain, monitor & backup servers & appliances
- Provide technical support for customers - phone, remote and on-site
- Provide emergency on-call service and support in rotating schedule with other colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Associates Degree in Computer/IT field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities of those required for this position
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Must have experience with Microsoft 365 stack, Server 2008+, Microsoft Exchange 2010+, VMWare, Hyper-V, firewall and networking configuration, performing, and managing server, cloud, Microsoft 365 migrations, Microsoft 365 administration, VPN configuration
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure, Teams, Cloud services administration, Autotask, Datto, Cisco Meraki
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- A registered vehicle and a valid Driver's License
- Ability to frequently bend/stoop, stand, reach, lift, and sit
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
