Stress Care of New Jersey, LLC is a Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Center licensed by the State of NJ and accredited by The Joint Commission. At Stress Care, we provide a full range of Outpatient Services, including Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, Traditional Therapy, Group Therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Partial Care. We work with adults and adolescents and our integrated treatment team consists of Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Social Workers, Counselors, Peer Professionals, and other allied team members
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Administratorto join our busy behavioral health and addiction treatment center.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience required
- 3+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans, strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocol
- Strong ability to work independently in order to meet deadlines, complete tasks, close tickets, and assist staff in a timely manner
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Set up employee accounts and workstations
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models, and train staff on new technologies
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Maintain internal infrastructure equipment requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Interact with clinical teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Travel to each site during the week (Manalapan, Matawan, Somerset, Toms River)
- Assist Human Resources and Admin Supervisors with office setup (equipment, furniture, etc), as needed
- Work with the Facilities Director to maintain overall site operations, as needed
