- Develop, manage, and administer Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security.
- Design, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and manage secure cloud computing environment hosting multiple services including but not limited to, virtual machines, private cloud network, DevOps, App services, Microsoft SQL, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune.
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
- Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions.
- Manage security and access controls of cloud-based solutions.
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments.
- Develop and implement policy driven data protection best practices to ensure cloud solutions are protected from data loss.
- Support cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and/or modernized.
- Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards.
- Collaborating with the Director of IT in order to maintain computer hardware/software inventory.
- Develops and assists management in implementing automation tools and processes to improve efficiency across multiple parts of the company.
- Collaborates with the Director of IT and the Compliance Officer to review, revise, and implement policies and procedures within the department to ensure that best practices are followed while remaining in compliance with federal/state laws, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the IT director to bring hybrid IT solutions between on premises networking and server infrastructure with Azure Cloud.
- Ability to work with the customers/employees in difficult situations by balancing technical knowledge and people skills.
- Guides and supervises technical aspects of projects in development.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Oversee contracted development team on products that require IT support.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years in IT industry with at least 3 in systems administration or higher role. Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent certifications and associates degree.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a full-time position that may work standard business hours four to five days per week. Days and hours of work are expected to fluctuate significantly but at a minimum require work before, during, and after regular business hours. Presence in the office is required. The position operates in a professional office environment and will require significant time writing, typing, speaking, listening, driving, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), standing, sitting, walking, and reaching. Operation of all standard office equipment, non-CDL motor vehicles, and mobile phones and related technology, is expected.
