DescriptionThe Sr. Fusion Cloud Administrator will provide application and system administration with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HRM and SCM cloud environments. This role will be responsible for application and database performance, system and integration monitoring and technical design functions. This role will also support user administration and troubleshooting of integrations, data conversions, and general application issues.
This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Lead and leverage your technical solution expertise with Oracle Cloud Administration to effectively implement overall roadmaps.
- Lead and leverage your technical expertise: troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
- Manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution.
- Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence.
- Connect and consult with internal business stakeholders within and outside of IT to gather technical requirements, develop solutions, and prepare technical design documentation in partnership with the Rheem HR Technology, Payroll, Supply Chain, and line of business teams
- Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application performance and architecture and maintain the Cloud ERP reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
- User administration within Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud HR and Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Manage and administer the features provisioned in an Oracle Integration Cloud instance.
- Create databases to store structured and unstructured data with Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Manage Enterprise Scheduler and monitoring of scheduled jobs through the Oracle Cloud platform.
- Planning and execution of project-based technical tasks related to Oracle Cloud related technical functions.
- Implement best practice security measures in the Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Create and manage performance metrics or standards related to the Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Production support of application, integrations, and conversion activities for Oracle Cloud
- Work with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Partner with Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolution.
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Willingness to knowledge transfer and guide team members on technical and functional knowledge of the Oracle Cloud platform
- Assist with development and design of new integrations and functionality within the Oracle Cloud platform.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application meta data, data dictionary, provision configuration, and modules.
- At least 3-5 years of strong technical experience in developing and providing technical solutions for new processes.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with business process workflows, process designs, database architecture, functional/technical design specifications, software development, data conversions, transformation, and data migration and business data management.
- Experience using languages like SQL, PL/SQL, JAVA and Unix.
- Working experience on RICE components like; XML Publisher, Workflows, Performance Tuning, AME and Interfaces (API)
- High technical aptitude
- Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, business teams) and external subject matter experts
- Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.
- Great presentation and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
