Manhattan Associates is seeking new college graduates to join our growing and innovative Cloud team as a Cloud Operations Engineer starting in January 2022.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage aspects of our 24/7 complex SaaS system operations
- Partner with QE, Dev and Ops teams to ensure timely, accurate deployment of code across environments
- Manage the implementation and deployment of hardware systems to achieve optimal performance and high availability.
- Ensure achievement of standard SLAs for availability and response time
- Evaluates issues with the system and resolves them in a timely manner
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
- 1 year of experience providing operational support for mission critical applications
- 1 year of experience operating and maintaining applications and docker containers running on Linux operating systems
- 1 year of experience creating and running automation using shell scripting tools and technologies
