Identity and Access Management Program Lead

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an Identity and Access Management Program Lead to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for serving as the Subject Matter Expert and the lead for the Identity Access Management program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strategy and execution plan for the Identity Access Management program
- Build functionality of SailPoint system
- Create policies and procedures within IAM to meet compliance requirements
- Collaborate with IT and leadership to create relationships to help facilitate IAM projects
- Grow business uses of SailPoint system while building out automation with IAM
- Work with 3rd party implementation vendor to deploy new uses of SailPoint system
- Execute IAM strategies to efficiently administer user identities, access rights, and privileges
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5+ years of experience with Identity Access Management working with SailPoint
- Proficient understanding of IAM processes, concepts, and best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Identity Now version of SailPoint is highly preferred
- Experience with Identity Governance
- Exposure to a cloud deployment of an IAM tool
TERMS:
