Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing reliability engineering programs and strategies
- Analyzing and optimizing the performance of machinery and equipment
- Conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Leading and participating in reliability-centered maintenance initiatives
- Utilizing data analysis to drive reliability improvements
- Developing maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability
- Evaluating equipment failures and implementing corrective actions
- Providing technical support for equipment and system upgrades
- Participating in design reviews to ensure equipment reliability
- Conducting reliability testing and assessments
- Monitoring and reporting on reliability KPIs
- Implementing predictive maintenance techniques
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in reliability practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related role
- Strong understanding of reliability principles and techniques
- Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of reliability modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience with reliability software and data analysis tools
- Project management skills
