Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
$110-150k DOE plus benefits
This role will not accept visa transfer or C2C. Must be eligible to work in the US unrestricted
As a Site Reliability Engineer you will be joining a software company that have been working in the digital asset management space for over a decade.
The team that are dispersed all over the US and this will be remote.
You will join a close knit team of engineers that are in Software, DevOps, SRE and Systems Engineers. The main role of the SRE will be up keep the reliability of the critical applications and platforms.
As a Site Reliability Engineer you will:
- Work with engineering to help deliver reliable code to production
- Design, develop and maintain infrastructure as the org grows
- Create dashboards to monitor performance and scalability
- Build out systems throughout the AWS platform
- Increase repeatability with Automation
- Act as a point of escalation on ticketing issues
To be successful as a Site Reliability Engineer you will:
- Computer Science degree in networking, IT systems or similar work experience
- 3-6 years in a specific SRE role
- Worked with Cloud Platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience with IAC such as Terraform
- Worked with Ansible, Python, Puppet
- Experience in BackUp, Storage, Data Protection
- Strong Linux & Windows capabilities
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes
