We are seeking an experienced and proactive Azure Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide Level 2 support for our cloud infrastructure, focusing on Azure and associated services. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting Intune issues, managing hybrid configurations, and supporting Active Directory account administration. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) issues to ensure smooth and secure user access.

Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Infrastructure Management: Monitor and manage Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep systems up-to-date.
- Intune Support and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues within Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, application deployment, and configuration policies. Provide support to end-users to ensure devices meet security and compliance requirements.
- Hybrid Configuration Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hybrid configurations involving on-premises and cloud resources. Configure and manage hybrid Active Directory setups, ensuring secure and synchronized identity management.
- Active Directory Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory. Support the synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD, and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration and Troubleshooting: Set up and maintain SSO configurations across various applications and services. Diagnose and resolve SSO-related issues to streamline authentication and improve user experience.
- Incident Response and Documentation: Investigate and resolve Level 2 support requests related to Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and SSO. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with IT teams, providing support and expertise as needed. Share knowledge and best practices with other team members to enhance overall team capabilities. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Azure administration, including Intune and Active Directory management.
- Proficiency in Azure AD, Active Directory, and hybrid configurations.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management, policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
