Job Title: Senior Service Management Consultant - Agency Relationship Manager - Infrastructure Cloud Team

Job Description:
To manage the relationships of one or more State Agencies.
Serve as an advocate for GA Technology Authority’s (GTA) customer agencies.
Lead, direct, validate, plan, and execute the portfolio of Service Integration (SI) services.
Escalate issues as appropriate, resolve items at the lowest level possible.
Participate in governance meetings.
Hold direct relationship with State Agencies, including conducting recurring operations meetings covering project and RG/SSR status reporting, review/resolution of Agency operational issues, upcoming initiatives involving agency action, reporting reviews, and dissemination of information regarding vendor changes.
What You Bring\:
Required\:
3-6 years experience working in an Account Manager/Relationship Manager role
Experienced IT manager with a proven track record in outsourcing environment
Experience delivery of customer services to Client requirements and satisfaction
Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements
Proven track record of successful project implementations
Ability to balance customer satisfaction/demands to maintain customer sat with the level of support the customer has contracted with Capgemini
Experience in a wide variety of information technology fields to understand the details of the services that can be provided
Excellent customer relations skills to understand client/client representatives concerns and requirements
Must be local to Atlanta, GA
Experience working with C-level executives
Desired:
Experience managing public sector accounts and Experience selling services in public sector environments
