Job Description:
All Year Cooling is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our Coral Springs team. This position plays a vital role in processing permits for HVAC systems, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and maintaining excellent customer service with both internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and submit permit applications for HVAC systems.
Monitor the progress of permit reviews.
Track permits through the inspection process and advise customers of status, issues, and final approval.
Verify the completion of all required reviews and notify applicants of approved permits.
Maintain knowledge of general permit processing and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Maintain confidentiality of records.
Attend work on a regular and consistent basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Permit Manager.
Requirements:
Proven permitting experience, preferably in the HVAC field.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and multiple interactive Internet websites.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to deal with the general public in a professional, courteous manner.
Must be a team player with a strong customer service approach.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays if needed.
