We’re a tight-knit, 3-man Nashville-based Managed Service Provider looking for a detail-oriented IT expert to take ownership of projects, deliver top-notch service, and prevent issues before they happen.
Role Overview
We need someone with a strong foundation of IT skills, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and modern tools. You’ll lead client projects like email migrations, firewall upgrades, and hardware procurement, while also handling advanced support that goes beyond our L1 team. We dive deep into tech problems—no temporary fixes—so you'll need to own tasks from start to finish with clear documentation that makes our process seamless and repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve advanced helpdesk issues requiring Tier 2-level expertise.
- Lead client billable projects such as M365 implementations, email migrations, hardware procurement, and firewall upgrades.
- Research and implement internal and customer experience improvement projects like PowerShell automations, single sign-on, SNMP monitoring, employee onboarding automation, DMARC, conditional access, and tabletop exercises.
- Manage tasks efficiently in our ticketing system.
- Document processes clearly for internal and client use.

- Based in the Greater Nashville area, with a reliable home office setup and transportation.
