Responsible for maintaining a business Windows operating system, including installing and configuring servers, deploying and testing operating systems, and troubleshooting problems. Maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, and related hardware and software. Manages the Office ecosystem to ensure it runs smoothly and securely, including user management, access control, data security, and compliance monitoring. Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of the organization's IT resources.
Scope of Duties:
- Interact with clients, staff, and outside contacts with respect and courtesy.
- Maintain client and staff confidentiality in compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, supervisory conferences, and training sessions.
- Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and related hardware/software to ensure high availability and performance.
- Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus solutions.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user account management, security settings, and application configurations.
- Support on-premises server migrations to Microsoft 365 OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Configure and maintain VOIP phone systems and legacy phone systems.
- Support iPads, iMacs, PCs, printers, and security cameras.
- Implement and manage data backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support.
- Document IT processes, systems configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Assist with helpdesk support as needed and escalate issues to appropriate personnel.
- Perform routine system audits and apply necessary updates or patches.
- Manage IT projects and implement new technologies as required.
Salary $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
