Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.
Essential Functions
- Work within a team environment to provide Cybersecurity support and maintain overall security posture for RTC networks.
- Contribute to and maintain cybersecurity standards IAW Army and DoD requirements for RHEL resources across multiple networks.
- Maintain vulnerability management program for RHEL resources primarily utilizing Linux satellite/repository server.
- Configure and manage RHEL systems IAW DoD and Army STIGs to maintain security posture of machines across the enterprise.
Required Education and Experience
- HS/GED
- Must meet one of the following at a minimum:
- a) Associate's Degree, or
- b) two (2) years related work experience.
- Experience implementing security configuration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software such as Microsoft Office applications, Adobe products, & web browsers.
- Proficiency in account administration for users/computers utilizing a centralized account management capability such as Active Directory.
- Must meet baseline certification requirements in accordance with DoD 8570 CSSP Analyst or IAT-II categories or higher.
- Able to obtain SECRET security clearance.
