Job Skills / Requirements
We are currently Hiring a GSOC Operator, who has had previous experience with Access Control Room and using CCTV cameras.
Shift: Must be able to work 2nd Shift or 3rd shift Saturday & Sunday
Hourly wage: $18/HR
Responsibilities:
- Track employee time and attendance
- Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
- Track the progress of security patrols
- Receive calls from interior guard posts
- Respond to client requests
- Facilitate incident response efforts
- Initiate notification and escalation procedures
- Document significant incidents
- Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have/obtain 24-hour certification required by the state of GA
- Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer
- Must have CCTV experience
- Must be able to work 2nd Shift 2pm to 10 pm Friday -Sunday / 3rd shift 10pm to 6 am Monday and Tuesday
- Must have excellent Customer Service Skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
