ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Projects Engineer (Back To Business I.T.), you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Greentree’s office in Beavercreek, OH. Your role will be critical in ensuring support for our Customers. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Server, Workstation, Network Appliance configuration, deployments/migrations, Disaster Recovery/Backup solution implementation, Email service migrations, MFA, Cybersecurity training and IDS/IPS implementations, Network assessments, as well as general support and maintenance of IT infrastructure and associated environments. The candidate will require the ability to manage their time and resources effectively, document their work in detail and account for their time accurately.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related area and a minimum of five years’ experience.
- Three to five years of recent experience with setup and administration of Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server, Infrastructure services, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, MS Office suite, Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/GPO management, Antivirus management and disaster recovery/backup management.
- Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience of the following: Servers, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, storage, backup appliances and wireless solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Ability to effectively utilize available resources to learn and progress through unfamiliar medium.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
- Local travel will be required.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

- MFA Services
- Voice Solutions
- Help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting skills.
- Certifications preferred:
- Microsoft MCSA.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $100,000
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
