The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
Role Overview:
This individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the SAP strategy for data protection, dynamic data masking, entitlement management, and identity-driven enforcement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in SAP security implementation.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs.
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot, proof of concept stage, and organization-wide deployment.
- Resolve complex compliance problems where in-depth security evaluation is required.
- Lead the development & implementation of tools such as NextLabs, Pathlock, Onapsis.
- Creation of test scripts around data masking, entitlements, access roles, generating SAP alerts and SIEM integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.
- Administer and maintain technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Creation of documentation, SAP security policies and procedures.
- Must be willing and able to travel 25-50% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
- 5+ years experience applying SAP security features and best practices.
- 1+ years with Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policy-based access control within SAP Landscape.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Implementation experience in SAP security and compliance tools such as - NextLabs, Pathlock, SAP UI Masking, Onapsis.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls, Role Based Access Controls areas.
- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers, the Information Technology (IT) Department.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
