Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a full-time Manager, Enterprise Applications, reporting to the Director-Enterprise Applications. This position leads the design, configuration, implementation, support and maintenance of the company ERP environments. Develop best practices and standards and develops procedures for enterprise applications operations and oversees the company’s systems integration initiatives. Maintains high levels of system performance and reliability for our internal and external customers. Oversee technical and functional user support (for enterprise apps). Leads testing on cloud and on-prem ERP environments. Responsible for the stabilization and support of integrated Infor / Lawson Hybrid cloud environment. Provides oversight in administering the Infor Global HR Cloud and on prem, Lawson S3 Payroll, Financials & Supply systems.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise administering, configuring & supporting Infor CloudSuite products (GHR, Financials or similar), InforOS and Lawson S3.
- Support of Infor cloud products integrated with on prem Lawson S3 (Infor File Channel Utility Support).
- Infor Process Automation - ability to analyze workflows, workunit logs and edit IPA flows.
- Experience with Infor Data Replication Sets and Spreadsheet designer for queries / uploads. Exposure to Infor Birst reporting tool.
- Experience supporting Lawson S3 Payroll, Accounts Payable, Financials and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience working with data and system integration tools (ESB, ETL) and supporting integrated systems – interfaces, workflows, APIs, flat files, FTP, etc.
- Expertise managing IT teams for functional and technical support of enterprise systems.
- Drive the planning, execution, deployment and maintenance of the corporation’s ERP environments.
- Manage the enterprise systems integration function – ESB development and support.
- Define, design and implement new solutions for processing and distribution of data.
- Modify and improve existing systems for optimal performance.
- Assist in monitoring compliance of cybersecurity policy.
- Support virtual ERP OS environment – Tier 2 support (monitoring alerts, responding to service tickets, preventative maintenance).
- Ensure business requirements are met and validated with stakeholders.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes within the ERP.
- Assist in the creation of policies and procedures to ensure upgrades and maintenance releases are tested and seamlessly integrated into the environment.
- Oversee patching in accordance with the vendor patch release schedule. Manage upgrades and deploy or provision new servers for upgrades.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to document and resolve application related problems.
- Experience with Infor Config Console and Infor LPL (Landmark Pattern Language).
- Experience with ESB technology for ETL and systems integration (Boomi, Snowflake or similar).
- Experience with Oracle Database and MS SQL Server connectivity and querying data for troubleshooting or reporting.
- Expertise in analyzing/resolving ERP system issues using industry standards and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent change management capabilities to implement business process and system improvements.
- Ability to supervise, lead, & manage resources and teams to deploy systems to an agreed upon project cost, scope & schedule.
- Directs: ERP Systems Analyst, Data Security & Systems Integration Architect.
Required Qualifications:
- BS Degree and 8 years’ experience with:
- Implementing and administering business-critical enterprise applications (specifically ERP environments - Financials, Supply, HR/Benefits, Payroll).
- Working with clients and vendors to align the technical environment and resources with business strategy and demands.
- Partnering with vendors and contractors for ERP development and support.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Expert knowledge of multi-platform technologies, Oracle PL/Structured Query Language (SQL), relational database structures, application testing processes and project planning & execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous utility industry experience.
- Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.
- Certifications – Infor/Lawson System Administration or related.
