Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM from an accredited institution.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience in DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Information Assurance (IA) security compliance policies, programs, processes, and metrics.
- Experience with the Navy’s Risk Management Framework processes, and timelines.
- Experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) for entry and maintenance of RMF packages.
- Experience with Navy/NAVSEA RMF tools, such as eMASSTER, EvaluateSTIG, and STIGMaster.
- Ability to analyze Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) requirements to determineapplicability to existing systems.
- Ability to read and understand Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and use the information to generate technically sound mitigation statements.
Certification: IAT Level III Certification required such as: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation or a Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC).
Security Clearance: Requires U.S. Citizenship and an active government security clearance.
