Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, enabling us to achieve our ambitious goals. Your role is to be the guardian of our digital identity and AD architecture compliance. You will ensure the state-of-the-art security of our Directories and their respective usages. From strengthening the foundation of robust AD/EntraID security to sprinting towards solutions for sharp monitoring and remediation, you'll run with the team to a first podium place in compliance and trust.

Main responsibilities:
Deploy, manage, govern, and define the strategy for company directories and identities, ensuring secure access to resources while minimizing the risk of privilege abuse.
Service owner of real-time AD controlling, scoring and monitoring solution, management of stakeholder’s network, and follow-up on related SLAs. We want to accelerate the ramp up of detections and automation capabilities as well as standardizing legacy accounts and processes.
Leverage and maintain vulnerability detection tools on Active Directory and Domain Controllers (Tenable.IE/Google Security Operations/PowerShell scripts)
Develop, maintain, monitor security KPIs and dashboards to manage security risks, track deviations and produce appropriate remediation and improvement plans.
Contribute to the crisis management process development.
Conduct technical audits and contributing to internal audits. Defining, coordinating, and performing sanitation actions.
Participate to global projects (Cyber, Infrastructures, Business) around security breaches anticipation and remediations, mergers and acquisitions, EntraID entitlement management, major developments around security technologies and solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for privilege management on systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in identity and access management to enhance cybersecurity resilience.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of technical experience in Privileges/Access/Identity and Active Directory management (On-Prem and Cloud).
- Proficiency in Windows OS administration, security, and access rights management.
- Global security expertise in international, intercultural, and transversal environments.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Leadership skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain collaborations and promote Cyber Security at all levels.
