As we grow nationwide, we have a great opportunity for an MPS Service Support Specialist in Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA.
Job Responsibilities:
General Pre-Sales Support
- Providing support to Business Technology Advisor (BTA) where applicable: MPS assessment walk-through; reconciliation of onsite equipment versus Nsight reporting; printer quoting
- Generate assessment spreadsheet and pivot tables / charts for customer proposal presentation
- Aid in CPP and MPS Calculation
HP Quote Generation
- Provide timely quotes for printer hardware (predominantly HP) for Major Account customers
- Utilizing Salesforce, flow simple quote approvals to initiate deal fulfillment
Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Reporting
- Prepare QBR reports for major accounts and MPS customers for presentation to Customer by BTA
- QBR schedule to be determined by the Sales Executive and MPS Admin and provided in advance
- Review account data to provide further insight & analysis (Fleet composition, volume review, issue review, etc.)
- Assist with establishing printer lifecycles in MPS accounts
Customer Onboarding
- Tag supported printers
- Provide Import Spreadsheet to Contract Billing
- Facilitate handoff from Rep to MPS Admin team for smooth customer onboarding
- Work as liaison between Customer, BTA and Operations to ensure all documentation has been completed completely and accurately
Device Monitoring / Updates
- Ensure all contract equipment is being monitored and appropriately tracked
- Ensure all like-devices are identified and added to contract
- Ensure all new devices that are captured are added to contract where applicable or reported to the BTA
- Ensure all equipment ID #s, locations and relevant information is updated
