We are pleased to announce the opening for a Junior RF Engineer, who will join our Technical Solutions department in Marietta, GA and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for research, design and development of algorithms and devices for improving RF interferometry.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be conducting independent research and development, design, and fabrication of novel radar/RF technologies. This will include the following technical, project management, and business development duties:
- Provide technical input to design teams in radar or RF systems research and development
- Work with multidiscipline design teams in fabrication/code, integration and test activities
- Communicate solutions and concepts to engineering, scientific, and technical audiences
- Perform trade-off analyses; perform modeling, simulation and analysis of alternatives that evaluate system effectiveness, utility, and performance
- Assist in translating objectives into architectural concepts, system quantitative and functional requirements, and develop system specifications and external interfaces
- Make sound decisions based on engineering judgement
- Operate independently
- Be proactive in identification of problems and solutions
- Interact with customers to convey system objectives and constraints
Basic Qualifications:
- You must have a Masters degree. Electrical engineering degree preferred.
- You will need 2+ years of full-time professional experience. Prefer years of experience in RF analog electronics and test equipment
- You must possess or can obtain an active Secret
- You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise with RF analog electronics and test equipment
- Relevant RF systems design experience
- Interpersonal communications skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
