JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Infrastructure is responsible for guiding their respective Infrastructure teams to ensure CSI systems and applications all run smoothly for accomplishing a variety of high-priority technically oriented infrastructure projects that directly support critical technology and business objectives for the organization. Responsibilities include providing direction to ensure system availability, functionality, and compliance with security policy; interfacing with a broad range of CSI departments and vendors to ensure compliance with audits; project planning and management; and personnel management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory & Management Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of system engineers, ensuring alignment with department goals and objectives.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Effectively communicate policies, strategies, and expectations to the department to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Develop and manage work schedules, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and project timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a problem-solving culture and maintaining high standards of operation.
- Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and values, contributing to a strong organizational culture.
Budget Responsibilities
- Manage departmental expenses in accordance with the budget set by senior management, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Additional Functional Responsibilities
- Oversee teams responsible for maintaining operational availability and continuity of internal and external systems and applications, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Plan, design, schedule, and deliver both simple and complex infrastructure projects, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
- Use management tools to continuously monitor CSI applications for compliance with corporate policies and performance metrics; work with IT teams to address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit departments to ensure successful completion of audits (PCI, SOC, internal, etc.), and address any identified issues.
- Participate in the planning and budgeting process for future projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Perform additional duties as required to support infrastructure and team success.
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING
- Ensure the operational continuity, security, and compliance of internal and external customer systems, workstations, and servers, maximizing uptime and productivity.
- Ensure systems and applications adhere to all security policies, with clean audit results and prompt resolution of any identified issues.
- Drive the introduction of new solutions, technologies, and products that enhance security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Azure or ITIL certification a strong plus or willingness to obtain.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
- ITIL experience in Change, Incident and Problem Management
- Knowledge of on-prem technologies and IIS, SQL, Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with compliance audits (PCI, FBA, SOC1/2) and managing security protocols.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools, automation, and infrastructure management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects from planning to execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience managing Capex/Opex budget for systems infrastructure and ensuring financial accountability.

- Location: Remote, however, applicants that live one (1) hour drive from a CSI office, are required to be hybrid (3 days in office).
