Sr. Manager, Business Continuity (Hybrid or Remote)

The Sr. Manager of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and will build and lead an engineering team that works across all Cybersecurity functions (Enterprise Security, Operational Technology, and Product Security). The Sr. Manager BCP is a highly integrated role that will develop relationships globally across the enterprise to influence and achieve cybersecurity goals through organizational change. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, managing and monitoring Disaster Recovery Plans, Contingency Plans and Business Impact Analysis for systems, networks and data. You will develop, facilitate, and monitor a global Business Continuity Program. This role will enjoy a varied daily agenda that prioritizes data-driven decisions.
What you will do:
- Develop and lead people and programs globally in specific cybersecurity domains

- Engage and manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization to achieve cybersecurity domain objectives
|
- Champion and assist teams implementing the company’s standards to clearly identify risk, making our applications more secure while evangelizing security within the company and building customer trust
|
- Engineer, design, implement, support, and evaluate security solutions and services applicable to the area of responsibly
|
- Continually monitor cybersecurity trends, engaging the appropriate external communities to stay informed on the latest cybersecurity practices
|
- Maintain a working knowledge of common vulnerabilities, attack methodologies and their mitigation strategies across appropriate cybersecurity domains
|
- Define and track metrics related to key risk and performance indicators to monitor the health of the security program implementation
|
- Selecting, implementing, and managing third-parties required to achieve cybersecurity objectives
|
What you will bring:
|
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent certifications and experience in Cybersecurity
|
- 10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including cloud security, enterprise, operations, network, product, and/or manufacturing; 10-15 years business experience
|
- Proven experience building and leading teams, programs, and functions related to cybersecurity and operations
|
- Direct experience building and managing programs based on applicable standards (SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, etc.) to achieve compliance regulations
|
- Strong preference for outcome-oriented thinking
|
- Strong familiarity with critical infrastructure, specifically within agriculture, and the unique industry needs and emerging regulatory climate
|
- Extensive knowledge of applying security across multiple disciplines (web properties, embedded products, enterprise systems, etc.)
|
- Strong networking background and relevant skillset
|
- Experience maintaining and developing environments in the cloud
|
- Background designing and deploying business continuity programs
|
