BAE Systems is looking for an Integration Program Manager with a Digital Engineering and test background to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system and integration to the future of ICBM’s, Sentinel Program. The Program Manager will assist the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) ICBM Fuze Mod Program Office (PO) to coordinate nuclear weapon projects and their associated requirements detailed in Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Defense (DoD), and United States Air Force (USAF) directives. The Program Manager is a multifaceted position that ensures acquisition program milestones and objectives are anticipated, Digital Engineering is properly managed and analyzed, and program related tasks are properly coordinated.
Responsibilities:
Lead task and project reporting for the Fuze Mod PO, specifically Digital Engineering, system certifications, and test related tasks including but not limited to developing and managing program reviews, plans, procedures, analyses and other related tasks.
Assist the Air Force Fuze Mod PO with program analysis, requirements review, acquisitions documentation, risk management and program management.
Oversee the lifecycle of Digital Engineering Data and Configuration Management initiatives supporting the ICBM Fuze Mod Program and Integration of the ICBM Fuze Mod Program with the Sentinel Program. Develop briefings, program plans, spreadsheets, and performance measures for technical programs in reaction to short suspense demands with minimal input from managers or customers.
Coordinate support for integrated engineering-level assessments, production, verification, validation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution processes over the life cycle of the ICBM program to identify and mitigate production and test deficiencies that could impact mission assurance.
Identifying data requirements, acquiring data from government organizations, verifying, and accepting data to include quality verification, marking, management of data and gathering metrics of technical and non-technical data. Also work in developing, maintaining, and auditing the engineering models and data architecture of technical and non-technical data based on the fundamentals of Configuration Management.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
10 years related experience in direct Program Management.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and test data management.
Familiarity with Configuration Management/ Data Management.
Familiarity with Digital Engineering Software tools and modeling principles.
Demonstrated self-discipline to plan and prioritize their own work.
Ability to align or realign deliverables with program needs/outcomes.
Currently possess DoD Secret Clearance, adjudicated within last 6 years.

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
At least 2 years of experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
Excellent cognitive, communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills.
ICBM Weapon System experience.
Experience with Cloud environments.
Experience with DoD acquisition programs.
Experience with data or intellectual property rights for technical data, data delivery, storage, management and the use of data.
Highly analytical and organized.
Experience using PLM/Teamcenter.
