Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Managing the stock of accessories by utilizing inventory programs and point of sale trackers.
· Maintaining sufficient stock levels by utilizing inventory programs and point of sale trackers.
· Monitoring and fulfilling orders to meet Service Level Agreements.
· Collaborating with the Sourcing Specialist and Accounting team to keep accurate records of purchases.
· Providing reporting related to accessories, purchases, and sales.
· Assisting with item procurement from vendors and carriers.
· Maintaining accurate records of inbound and received products.
· Performing daily, monthly, and annual inventory of accessories.
· Providing Accounts Payable with the end of the month accessory inventory count.
· Providing support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams.
· Assisting with all tasks to ensure Logistics and WidePoint run smoothly.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
The minimum qualifications include:
· High school diploma or equivalent, six (6) months of experience within Logistics required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds at times.
