Overview
T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. seeks a Sr. Software Engineer in Owings Mills, MD to:
- Create and maintain complex technical solutions and a suite of next generation, cloud native applications.
- Responsible for planning and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level distributed applications, supporting complex data infrastructure, and presenting user-friendly reports.
- Contribute to all phases of project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, solution design, application.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related quantitative or technical field plus 2+ years of software development experience.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with object-oriented programming in C# or Java, web development technologies, including JavaScript, Angular, RESTful Webservices, database design (in MS SQL Server or Oracle), querying databases with SQL, distributed code repository (Git or Mercurial) and automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Gitlab CI), and Agile development processes.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services cloud computing services S3, ECS, EC2, Fargate, CloudWatch, CloudFront and Lambda.
