Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Contribution
- Participate in development tasks and estimation activities.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback.
- Design and build reusable workflow tools.
- Reduce technical debt through safe refactoring.
Best Practices & Innovation
- Implement technology best practices.
- Contribute to the design of technical solutions.
Client Relations
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert in technologies and client domains.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with other engineers and disciplines.
- Participate in sales calls when needed.
- Maintain proactive communication with the team and clients.
Workflow & Process
- Contribute to the design and improvement of development workflows.
- Participate in collaborative solutioning efforts.
Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack development.
- Extensive experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Native mobile app development for iOS and Android.
- Cross-platform mobile development (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
