Software Engineer, Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.
The Work:
This contract supports compliance solutions and integration, as well as development and sustainment of analytic services and hosting platforms to sustain analytics, threads, and services to enable the agency and tactical customers' missions and goals throughout the extended enterprise.
**There is partial telework offered for this position**
Minimum Qualifications:
- A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required.
- 14+ years of experience as a SWE.
- BS in CS or related discipline. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Within the last 10 years, a minimum of 7 years of experience with Java
- Experience developing solutions for Linux environments
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Experience with Continuous Integration, e.g. Travis, GitLab
- Experience with modern software revision control, e.g., git scm
- Experience developing security solutions, e.g. system integrity
Bonus Points:
- Software Architecture background
- Experience with open source projects
- Strong working knowledge of C
- Strong working knowledge of Python scripting
- Experience developing with Trusted Platform Module TPM
- Experience developing with Software Identification (SWIG) tags
- Experience developing with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
- Experience parsing and generating XML documents
