Overview
T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc seeks a Sr. Software Engineer in Owings Mills, MD to:
- Design, develop, and implement testing solutions for database systems and data warehouse systems.
- Provide analysis of software requirements involving Investment Performance data.
- Provide functional and technical skills to successfully test complex system requirements and implement test automation frameworks.
- Analyze database tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to identify system issues and provide root cause analysis utilizing SQL and ETL testing skills.
- Lead System Integration Testing and Regression Testing efforts.
- Validate functionality of APIs, data services, and Business Objects reports.
Requirements
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related technical field plus 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in database systems testing, ETL testing, and data warehouse implementation.
- Requires 4+ years of experience with Java and PL/SQL coding languages and experience implementing test automation frameworks.
- Requires 4+ years of experience working with Oracle, Unix, ETL tools (i.e. Informatica), Business Objects, web services, and test management tools (i.e. Jira).
- Requires previous experience working in Asset Management/Finance companies.
